ABOUT US

We opened in 1999, adding our business to a growing family of Central Pennsylvania healthcare products and service organizations. We started with a philosophy of placing the dignity and independence of our customers as a top priority. This is still our philosophy today.

While we may be experts in health care equipment, we believe our customers are the real experts. Their lifestyles and needs are our most important considerations. We have learned a lot since our opening day, but the most important lesson has been to listen carefully to the people who use our products to help us better meet their needs.

In 2004, we moved into a brand new building in Carlisle, PA which we share with Quality Care Pharmacy. This truly allows our customers to enjoy one-stop health-care shopping.

We began with a basic offering of home medical equipment, canes, walkers, wheelchairs, and hospital beds. As we gained a vocabulary of what our customers needs were we expanded our product diversity from there. Next, we learned the Custom Rehab business, where we provide very high-end custom mobility systems and other devices that enhance active lifestyles.

Home Modifications is our newest addition to the ever-expanding services we offer. Now, we not only provide the products that make home health care easier, but we also adapt homes to accommodate these products. Installation of ramps, elevators, stair lifts, wider doorways, and easy-access bathrooms are just a few examples of how this new service will make your home safer and more accessible.

We cannot imagine another region in which we would rather work, live, and raise our families. This community has blessed us all with a deep feeling of home and family. We hope that our own “family” philosophy will give encouragement and satisfaction to everyone we deal with. We pray that our products and compassion will provide comfort and independence to many.
